一般情况下，狂犬疫苗是在50天左右打，一般打针是这样的流程。

幼犬要这样打针：

首打——3次；

第一次注射小犬二联

第二次注射五联或六联

第三次注射六联或七联（狂犬苗）

具体间隔时间医生是知道的（根据你家狗狗出生日期算，一般每次打相差十天左右）。以后每年加强免役一次，五联，六联或七联。

主要预防犬瘟热, 犬细小病毒病, 钩端螺旋体, 传染性肝炎,支气管炎,副流感,狂犬病等. 进口犬六联苗预防的是犬瘟热,犬细小病毒病,犬传染性肝炎,犬副流感,犬腺病毒 Ⅱ型和钧端螺旋体病,国产五联苗预防的是狂犬病,犬瘟热,犬副流感,犬细小病毒病和犬 传染性肝炎,而不预防其他的传染病.

2006年4月,广东省药品不良反应监测中心通过ADR监测和报告系统发现中山大学附属第三医院使用"齐二药"生产的亮菌甲素注射液出现急性肾功能衰竭症状——二甘醇 ;

2006年7月,青海省药品不良反应监测中心通过监测和报告系统发现患者使用"欣弗" 后出现严重的不良反应症状 ——安徽华源违反规定生产,未按批准的工艺参数灭菌

2007年7月,国家药品不良反应监测中心报告部分白血病患儿,在使用甲氨蝶呤后陆续出现下肢疼痛,乏力,进而行走困难等症状 ——暂停使用部分批号注射用甲氨蝶呤用于鞘内注射

回顾近年这些从ADR监测系统中被及时发现的药害事件,可以发现,药品不良反应监测工作已经在药品安全性监测工作中,在及时发现和降低"药害"影响范围上发挥着不可替代的作用.
