01、预约
为了不打扰对方生活工作，跟买家通电话前最好预约一个时间，这样就不会引起买家的反感。
02、FAQ
准备好你所能想到的有关产品、有关公司的问题和答案，以便第一时间为买家解决疑问。
03、录音APP
对于听力不太好的外贸人，可以试试在手机里装个电话录音APP，这样即使一开始没有听清客户说的话，挂断电话后也可以通过录音反复确认。
如何联系国外客户
联系国外客户方法如下：
获取国外客户的邮箱号或电话。
发送邮件或拨打电话联系。
拨打国际电话需在电话号码前加拨他国服务号码，如拨打日本客户电话需要在号码前加拨11808-0081。
如何给国外客户打电话
先查到国家长途代码，比如印度是+91，可以拨0091，然后再加当地的电话号码，注意有时要省略一个数字，有些公司会用括弧扩住，比如说国外打到深圳的话，国家代码是0086，但是区号不是0755，而是755.
